Terms and Conditions
Membership Billing
• Members will be billed weekly at the following rate and redeemed MONTHLY

Minimum Commitment:
• Membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
​
Non-Rollable Benefits:
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. Each month’s benefits must be used within that month.
Non-Transferable:
• Membership benefits are exclusive to the member and cannot be transferred or redeemed by another client.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy:
• Appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited for that month.
Payment Issues:
• If a payment is missed, the membership will be paused until the outstanding balance is settled. Benefits cannot be used during this
pause.

Pausing Memberships:
• Members are allowed to pause their membership up to 2 times per 12-month period, with each pause lasting a minimum of 4 weeks.
• Pauses do not count towards the initial 12-week commitment. For example, if 8 weeks are completed and then a 4-week pause is taken, the membership must be reinstated for the remaining 4 weeks to fulfill the commitment.
• Notice for the pausing of memberships is to be provided via email to info@aeonaesthetics.com.au
• 2 week’s notice is required to pause membership. Membership will be paused from 14 days after email is received. Email must includeduration of requested pause. If no duration is included, membership will resume 4 weeks from commencement of membership pause.
Cancellation of membership:
• Notice for the pausing of memberships is to be provided via email to info@aeonaesthetics.com.au
• To cancel a membership, members must provide 1 week's notice.
Membership will cease 7 days after email is received.
Membership Discount Benefit:
• Discounts on retail products are exclusive to the member.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. For example, if products are on sale for 15%, Ultimate members will not receive an additional 15% discount.
