Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to secure bookings.

• The deposit amount is calculated on the duration of the appointment.

  • Treatments with a duration of 15min and under require a deposit of 100%

  • Treatments with a duration of 16-30min require a deposit of 50%

  • Treatments with a duration of 31-60min require a deposit of 30%

  • Treatments with a duration of over 60min require a deposit of 20%

• As Medical Grade Treatments are priced during the appointment, a deposit of $50 is required when booking Medical Grade Treatment Initial Consultations or Returning Clients.

• Deposits are required when booking online or in-salon.

• Appointment reminders are sent out 48-72hrs prior to appointment time to allow time to cancel, reschedule or finalise deposit payment.

• Deposits are to be paid in full 24hr prior to your scheduled appointment time and appointments are only considered confirmed when deposit is paid in full.

• Deposits not paid by this time may result in the forfeit of your appointment time.

• If an appointment is cancelled within 24hrs of its start time, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

• If rescheduling with greater than 24hrs notice, your deposit is transferrable.

• Appointments may be rescheduled once only. It is preferable to cancel an appointment and rebook when you are certain of your availability than to continue to reschedule the same appointment.

• 24hrs notice is required for all appointment cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within 24hrs of its start time, or you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, a leniency policy may apply.

• Aeon Aesthetics reserves the right to retain your deposit if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs of your appointment time or fail to attend your appointment.

• Aeon Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule your appointment if you aren more than 15min late to the appointment.

Leniency Policy

• In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, a leniency policy may apply.

• Your deposit can be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within 10 days.

• Should Aeon Aesthetics be unable to accommodate you within 10 days of your original appointment, the leniency policy will be applied with the earliest possible appointment time.

• This policy will be applied once in a 12-month period. Further occurrences of late cancellation will result in forfeit of your deposit.
